The Lili is big, really big. With a 12” cooking surface it is more griddle than a skillet, allowing multiple items to be cooked at once and all to stay warm. Also perfect for oven roasting vegetables, a whole spatchcock chicken or family size pizza.

This cookware is graded for RESTAURANT USE. It will have obvious blemishes, but these irregularities will not affect the cooking performance of the pan. Blemishes may be negatives in the cooking surface, evidence of grinding, out of flat spec (>1/8" over 1'0"), or other cosmetic irregularities.

I am overjoyed with the quality of the Lili pan especially since it is a "Fish Camp" quality pan. 1st dish was fried chicken, which was spectacular, 2nd dish bacon!!! The evenness of cooking with this pan is amazing - it stays out on the stove because we are constantly using it.....thank you for making such a wonderful product!

I have had a regular Heather skillet for over a year and use it daily. So when the restaurant sale came up I grabbed a Lili to add to my collection. As much as I would have paid full price these pans a re so good, everyone loves a deal. It certainly didn't disappoint. A couple of tiny imperfections as advertised but certainly nothing affecting the cooking ability. Looking forward to making it look as well used as my Heather.
