This pan is graded for RESTAURANT USE. It will have obvious blemishes, but these irregularities will not affect the cooking performance of the pan. Blemishes may be negatives in the cooking surface, evidence of grinding, out of flat spec (>1/8" over 1'0") or other cosmetic irregularities.
They are intended for restaurant use. They are sold as-is, are non-refundable and are a final sale. They are not eligible for our warranty.
Love cooking on this pan and plan for it to be passed down hopefully for generations.
I bought the Joan on the 1/2 off sale and the pan was beautiful and well packed when it arrived. Because they were sold as is in the half off sale, it had just a slight rocking on my flat top electric stove but it did not effect the ability of the pan to heat evenly. Visibly nothing was wrong with it and it looked perfect. I made veggies and fried rice in my pan so far, vegan eggs and beyond sausages. There isn’t a thing it hasn’t done well with. Care is easy as well. I will try an egg in it soon. Well worth it purchase for something I will one day pass on.
This is my 4th Butter Pat skillet and it is nothing less than perfect!! I know I have many other options and yes, these are pricy but I will spend a few more bucks for quality but I also expect perfect results, which is what I get each and every time I cook/bake in my pans! Trust be, you will not be disappointed! Thank you as always
Absolutely love it. Actually bought 2. Giving one as a wedding gift and keeping one for me. Ran an additional season cycle then fried up some red skinned potatoes and onions. Pan wiped clean with a towel with zero sticking. Couldn’t be happier. Good thing too as my wife also ordered me one in secret at the exact same time. First purchase was a Lili last restaurant sale and it rarely leaves the stove. Wonderful products from a fantastic company. Will definitely be back for more. Only downside is my “shall not be named” skillets are collecting dust as they absolutely can not complete with Butter Pat.
I love that skillet, light enough for my wife and slick enough to slide fried eggs.
