Bought a second best Estee, had a good experience with the second best Heather so i bought another one. Couldnt find any blemishes of anything on the Heather, i cant find any on the Estee either. It takes seasoning really well. Is a joy to cook with. Butter Pats are expensive, but they are worth it. By far my favorites. Fields are my second choice. The rest i dont rate cause they are on the same level to me. They are all fun. But Butter Pats are special.

First of all, I love the “ style” of the pan! The best style of any iron skillets I’ve seen! Secondly, it’s made very very well. Impressive that 40 different hands r involved in the hand creation! I love frying eggs in it! It is smooth and wonderful. I bought the “ second” because it was more affordable for me! Awesome product!
