Big enough for a whole lb of bacon, by herself. 6 “normal” pancakes? It’s definitely a griddle/skillet hybrid. Love it!

I bought the Lili to use outside on the charcoal grill but I tried a few meals inside on the gas stove and couldn’t be happier. I center the pan over the eye to brown my veggies, onions, mushrooms etc and then shove the pan off center a few inches and crank up the heat to sear burgers or steaks. Once everything is cooked I top the meat with browned goodies.
