Looks great. Good size for me
Haven’t used yet, seasoning. But plan to use it in the barbecue to cook side dishes. Oven use too. Purchased a lid to go with it as it also fits the frying pan version I have. Looks to be of great quality and highly finished. Only one or two small blemishes which is typical with cast-iron pots / pans.
This one is going to be a go-to
I just made the loveliest fried fish in this. Brand new, yet it performed like a seasoned old vintage pan. Estee sized, but a little taller. Great for things like fish that you do on high heat, those things that tend to pop and splat all over the stove. But once I get the seasoning built up a bit I'll be doing little stews and gumbos in this, as well as baking. Took awhile to ship but it was worth every day of the wait.
Perfect for making a one pot meal for two. A natural for stacked enchiladas.
Purchased as a gift
The recipient really liked it. Would recommend.
My Favorite, somehow.
With the exception of Homer I use the complete line with some regularity and go out of the way not to show favoritism for the sake of Joann and Heathers feelings. Lili handles a spatchcocked bird like a champ and equally does Estee with my routine of 2 eggs over perfect, but Eric has somehow moved into the top spot for all things short of a butterflied chicken. He’s a unique size and with the two grab tabs even more so. A great design. Too good.
