Love the Eric!!!
So far my wife and I have made banana bread, cornbread, fried rice, chili, pasta, veggies, and more. This is just as good as the Heather we purchased, we LOVE IT!!!

Love the Eric!
Have used for cornbread and lasagna thus far. Orange lid over the top.. had to ask for it back both times! My forth or fifth piece and worth the money. Thinking homer next…. Only cooks will understand

MAKES ME WANNA CRY!
Eric is sooo awesome! It’s cute, non stick, cleans easily and as smooth as a babies bottom. I’ve baked numerous cornbreads, risotto, eggs, and bacon. He stays permanently on the stove top. Best piece of cast iron I’ve ever owned. I’m in love. Thank You Dennis and Buttetpat.

Looks great. Good size for me
Haven’t used yet, seasoning. But plan to use it in the barbecue to cook side dishes. Oven use too. Purchased a lid to go with it as it also fits the frying pan version I have. Looks to be of great quality and highly finished. Only one or two small blemishes which is typical with cast-iron pots / pans.

This one is going to be a go-to
I just made the loveliest fried fish in this. Brand new, yet it performed like a seasoned old vintage pan. Estee sized, but a little taller. Great for things like fish that you do on high heat, those things that tend to pop and splat all over the stove. But once I get the seasoning built up a bit I'll be doing little stews and gumbos in this, as well as baking. Took awhile to ship but it was worth every day of the wait.
