My new Joan
I've used cast iron for years and on occasion have used a Griswold but have only owned newer age cast iron until now. Without a doubt, this purchase was worth the money, a work of art, great to cook in and super easy clean up. To be honest, the good old days were rough in some ways, I know because for 15 years I lived in a one room cabin with no running water or electricity, cooked on a wood cook stove. But there were many good things about that life and we hope to go back to it. The fact is, they made cookware right back then and I'm grateful that you have taken the time to bring back great cast iron pans!! Maybe some day I will be able to purchase another. Until then, THANK YOU!!!
Not worth it!
My expectations were high after reading the reviews. But after my first use, it turned out to be my worst experience with using cast iron pans. I cooked chicken using this pan and my Lodge on a convection stove at the same time. The Lodge that I bought for $20 a year ago cleaned easily after cooking while cleaning this pan took me hours. It stuck so hard it was a pain to clean. The only thing that's good about this pan is it's lighter. But it shouldn't cost that much. It was not worth it. I bought two, but I'm returning the other one.

Warped pan
Horrible. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself.
