Functional Perfection!!
The Butter Pat high lift brass knob makes handling all their glass lids a breeze!! It’s a major improvement and definitely worth getting even if you already have the earlier lower profile version as I did. Striving for top quality and improvement is what Butter Pat is all about. Even the smaller details really do matter and Butter Pat knows it!
