A Little Virginia style

Great accessory
Great addition to the the pan. Kinda dresses it up like a bolo tie on a worn cowboy. Breaks in nicely after heavy use.

Leather handle cover
Too many times after taking it out of the oven I would grab the handle and burn my hand. This stops that great product.
